By registering for the Arts & Education Exchange, you acknowledge and accept these terms of use. If you wish not to be bound by these terms, you may not access or use the Arts & Education Exchange. Arts Alliance Illinois is the facilitator of the Arts & Education Exchange. It is not responsible for the content, or the misrepresentation of the content, therein. Users are responsible for all content depicted in their profiles, whether textual, visual, or auditory. We encourage arts providers and educators to contact each other directly if they have further inquiries about their profiles, programs, or project requests.

The Arts & Education Exchange may include links to other websites which are not maintained by Arts Alliance Illinois. As such, Arts Alliance Illinois is not responsible for the content of those sites. Links to such sites are meant as a resource to our users. Their inclusion does not imply the endorsement of Arts Alliance Illinois.

Arts providers and educators retain ownership of all content in their profiles, programs, and project requests and are protected by all United States and international copyright laws. Therefore, upon registering with the Arts & Education Exchange, participants agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, use, or exploit for any commercial purposes any content contained within the Arts & Education Exchange.

By agreeing to these terms, you agree to abide by all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations. You agree to be solely responsible for your actions and your content. By registering for the Arts & Education Exchange, you agree not to falsify personal information, affiliations, or misrepresent yourself and/or organization.

Unacceptable uses of the Arts & Education Exchange include but are not limited to vendors (such as an art supply store or a manufacturer of musical instruments) using the site to market materials and supplies to arts providers and/or educators. Arts Alliance Illinois reserves the right to remove any profile from the Arts & Education Exchange at any time.

Arts Alliance Illinois is sensitive to the delicate nature of providing services to minors. However, it is the sole responsibility of the educator or school to perform a criminal background check on any arts provider profiled on the Arts & Education Exchange.

It is also the sole responsibility of the educator or school to  connect with, negotiate with, hire, evaluate, and pay for the services of any arts provider profiled on the Arts & Education Exchange.

By registering for the Arts & Education Exchange, you expressly agree that use of the site’s service and the materials or information provided therein is at your sole risk.
